Yes, US citizens can travel to Colombia without a visa for tourism purposes and stay for up to 90 days. Upon arrival, they receive an entry stamp that can be extended for an additional 90 days, allowing a maximum stay of 180 days in a calendar year through the tourist stamp extension.
