Coverage begins on the date indicated by the client. However, if the customer has been at the destination for more than 24 hours, a 72-hour waiting period will be applied.
You can request reimbursement through the mobile application, not the sales chat. If your refund is approved, approximately 6% may be deducted for administrative expenses.

To obtain a Student plan, you must provide a current student certificate and be between 12 and 45 years old.
No, Assist Card can only offer a maximum of 365 days of coverage. If you want to renew the policy, you must return to your home country before starting a new year.

Upon activation of the policy, Assist Card assumes the risk of accidental death and repatriation. This means that the benefits of each plan cannot be modified. However, travelers have the option to purchase add-ons, such as additional coverage for pre-existing medical conditions.
